Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order from National Folders Direct. If you decide that you need to return a product because it was ordered incorrectly, or it simply is not the right product for you needs it can be returned as follows:

For Stock items

  • Returns within 30 days no restocking fee
  • Returns over 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Items must be returned in saleable condition
  • Original shipping charges will not be credited and return shipping charges will be incurred.
  • The refund amount will either be paid by check or applied to an account balance if there is any with a credit memo.

For Custom items

Custom items are not returnable for credit or exchange. If the product was damaged in shipment or if there is a quality issue with an item, please contact us so we may promptly resolve it to your satisfaction.

Damaged Items or Quality issues

We take many steps to ensure the consistent quality of our products. If you feel there is a quality issue with any product, please call or email us so we can help to resolve it to your satisfaction.
If you receive product that has been damaged during shipment, please call or email us so we may address the damage and take the necessary steps to promptly resolve the issue for you.
